Features

Everything a record should do once it is yours.

This is the full product we are building. The app is coming soon, and features arrive in stages, starting with record import, your organized log, Voice Remote, the AI health assistant, clinical trial matching and family sharing.

Voice Remote: talk, don't type, in 13 seconds. No sound.

Capture

Getting your story in should take seconds.

Voice Remote

Voice dictation for your health. Say “I took my evening meds and my knee feels a bit swollen today” to your phone or your Apple Watch, and speech-to-text files it in your chart as a medication log and a symptom.

Paper Scan

Photograph a discharge summary, a lab report or a prescription label. Text recognition (OCR) reads it and files it as structured data.

Health Atlas

Your health timeline in three streams: clinical data from your providers, sleep, workouts and heart rate from your wearables, and what you report yourself. As useful in good health as in illness.

Doctor Push

Your doctor sends new lab results and after-visit summaries straight into your record. There is no patient portal to check.

Wearable Hub

Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, Whoop and Fitbit, training apps such as Strava, and connected scales, blood pressure cuffs and glucose monitors, in one log. Your data stays with you when you change device.

Lab Import

Results from lab tests you order yourself, added and trended next to the ones your doctor ordered.

Daily Log

Your own observations: how you slept, what you ate, how training felt, a symptom you noticed. Log by voice, text, photo or one tap.

Super-intelligent

AI that reads your full medical history and tells you what matters.

Plain Language

Every lab result, diagnosis and discharge instruction explained in words you would use, with the normal range and what changed since last time.

Ask Your Record

An AI health assistant that answers questions about your own medical history and cites the record each answer came from.

Visit Prep

Before an appointment, a one-page health summary and the questions worth asking. Afterwards, an after-visit summary and your follow-up tasks.

Medication Check

Medication reconciliation across every prescriber: one medication list, checked for drug interactions and duplicates, with reminders and refill dates.

Early Signals

Trend monitoring across years of vitals and lab results, flagged when something is drifting away from your own baseline.

Gap Check

Shows what your record is missing: providers not yet connected, years with no data, tests that were ordered with no result on file. You and your doctor know how complete the picture is.

Trial Match

Clinical trials matched to your record by eligibility criteria and explained simply. Many studies need healthy volunteers too. Sponsors never see you unless you opt in.

Bill Shield

Medical bill review. Every bill and explanation of benefits (EOB) is read line by line for duplicate charges, upcoding and unbundling, with the appeal letter drafted when an error turns up.

Stay well

Reasons to open your log when nothing is wrong.

Weekly Check-in

A short review of your sleep, activity and trends against your own baseline, with one thing worth doing this week.

Annual Report

Your year in health: what changed, what held steady and what is due. Keep it, or bring it to your checkup.

Preventive Calendar

The screenings and vaccines recommended for your age and sex, with reminders before they are due.

Form Fill

New-patient, school, camp and sports forms filled in from your log. You check them and sign.

Travel Kit

Your vaccination record, medication list and emergency card, translated for where you are going.

Plan Chooser

Before open enrollment, a summary of last year's care and costs to compare insurance plans against.

Life Events

Moving, a new job or a new baby: a checklist of which records to request and what to update.

Wishes Vault

Your organ donor status, advance directive and emergency contacts, kept where your family can find them.

Share

The right people see the right part, on your terms.

Permission Center

Consent management. Grant access by person, by data category and for a set time. See the access log, and revoke with one tap.

Circle Care

Family and caregiver sharing. When you log your vitals or take your medication, the people you trust get an automatic green-light text.

Family Hub

One sign-in for the people you look after: a child, a partner, an elderly parent. Each has their own log and their own sharing rules.

Health Passport

Skip the intake forms. Walk into any clinic and share your medical history with the front desk by QR code. The doctor has it before you sit down.

Emergency Access

Your emergency medical ID. First responders see the essentials you choose: allergies, medications, conditions and your emergency contact. You are notified every time it is used.

Offline Access

Your health summary, medication list and emergency details stay on your phone, for clinics and roads with no signal.

HealthLog.si explains and organizes your health information. It does not provide medical advice or a diagnosis, and it does not replace your healthcare provider.

Start My Log.

Doctors and insurers will come and go. Don't let the missing piece be the one that mattered. One complete log, super-intelligent, and yours for life.
