For everyone

A record for good health, not only for illness.

Most of life is spent in good health. A log that begins there serves you every year, and is already complete on the day you need it.

Your baseline, and what changes, in 16 seconds. No sound.

Train on data

Resting heart rate, sleep, workouts and nutrition sit next to your lab results. You see what your training is doing to your body, not only to your pace, and you can share it with a coach or trainer on your terms.

Know your own baseline

Your normal is not the textbook's normal. With years of your own results on file, a change stands out against your baseline.

Prevention and longevity

Blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar and weight tracked over decades. A slow drift is visible early, and screenings and vaccines arrive as reminders, not surprises.

Family health history

Record what runs in the family once, and share it with the relatives you choose. The next generation starts with the history, not with a guess.

Forms, school, sport and travel

Immunization records and physicals for school, camp, a new job or a trip abroad, ready when the form asks for them.

Ready on the day you need it

A new doctor, an accident, a move. Your complete record is already there. A crisis is the worst time to start assembling one.

Care for the people you love

Start your child's log at birth and keep a parent's alongside your own. One login for the family, with each person's record kept separate.

Get more from your annual checkup

Arrive with a year of trends and the questions worth asking. Leave with the results explained and your follow-ups on the calendar.

Know what your health costs

Every bill and receipt in one place, ready for HSA or FSA reimbursement and for tax time.

Your own observations

Log what you notice. Your log connects the dots.

A watch only measures part of the story. How you slept, what you ate and how a run felt are data too, and you are the only one who has it.

Four ways to log

Say it

Speak to your phone or your watch in your own words. Voice Remote files it for you.

Tap it

One-tap check-ins for sleep, energy and mood, done in seconds.

Type it or snap it

A note, a photo of a meal, or a reading from a device at home.

Let it sync

Workouts from Strava and data from your wearables arrive on their own. Add a line about how it felt.

Today
An example day
Slept 7 h 10 min. Woke rested.
Watch and one tap
Morning run, 5 km. Legs felt heavy.
Strava and voice
Lunch: lentil soup and salad.
Photo
Energy good. Mood steady.
One tap
Left knee a little stiff after the run.

What your log does with it

Finds patterns

Sleep against training, food against energy, a symptom against everything else. Each pattern is shown with the entries behind it.

Feeds your Weekly Check-in

Your notes sit next to your wearable data and lab results, so the weekly review reflects how you felt as well as what was measured.

Stays yours

Private by default. Share a view with a coach, a trainer or your doctor only if you choose to.

Start My Log.

Doctors and insurers will come and go. Don't let the missing piece be the one that mattered. One complete log, super-intelligent, and yours for life.
